The Charlestown Health Department will be having their Health Screening on 11th March, 2017, 4:00 at the Charlestown Primary School. Invite a friend, loved one and family member and get your health check. And on Sunday 26th March, the Charlestown Health Department will be having a health walk from Valu Mart to Long Point Port Authority and back. Starting at 6:00am. Join us as we aim to be Healthy and fit for 2017. Remember exercise improves your health and maintains a healthy weight.

- Who: Everyone (once you have breath and strength, if you step out of bed and your feet are strong enough to support your weight, then you should be at the tent)
DO YOU REALIZE THAT THIS IS THE LAST SUNDAY BEFORE THE CRUSADE BEGINS UNDER THE TENT, THE WORK NEEDS A MASSIVE EFFORT TO BE FINISHED ON TIME AND UNDER BUDGET
